NSS Goals and Objectives

The primary goal of the National Service Scheme (NSS) is to develop the personality and character of students through voluntary community service. NSS aims to instill a sense of social and civic responsibility in students, encouraging them to contribute actively to the betterment of society. The objectives include understanding community needs, identifying and addressing social issues, promoting teamwork and leadership skills, and applying classroom knowledge to solve real-world problems. NSS also works to foster national integration, social harmony, and democratic values among youth, while helping them develop a spirit of discipline, service, and self-reliance.
